Shipping Policy

General Information

At Wanzom, we process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package until it reaches you or your selected GLS ParcelShop.

Shipping within Denmark

We offer two delivery options for Danish customers:

• Shop Delivery Your order will be delivered to your chosen GLS ParcelShop. This option costs 49 DKK (Free shipping for order above 999 DKK

• Private Delivery Your order will be delivered directly to your home address. This option costs 69 DKK

• Shipping to Europe

  We currently offer international shipping to selected European countries. Below are example starting prices (for parcels up to 1 kg), converted to each country’s local currency:

  • Germany – from 70 DKK (~€9.50)

  • France – from 70 DKK (~€9.50)

  • Belgium – from 70 DKK (~€9.50)

  • Netherlands – from 80 DKK (~€10.80)

  • Austria – from 110 DKK (~€14.90)

  • Poland – from 70 DKK (~PLN 42)

  • Italy – from 150 DKK (~€20.30)

  • Spain – from 145 DKK (~€19.60)

  • Sweden – from 100 DKK (~SEK 150)

For most EU destinations, delivery takes between 2–5 business days depending on the country. A surcharge of 20 DKK may apply to private deliveries and returns.

Worldwide Shipping

We currently do not offer standard worldwide shipping via our website. However, if you're located outside of Europe and interested in placing an order, please reach out to us directly. We'll do our best to arrange a custom shipping solution for you.

Returns

If you'd like to return a product, use our return portal to initiate the return process.

Package Limitations

Please note the following size and weight limitations:

• For Shop Delivery, the maximum weight is 20 kg.
• For Private Delivery, the maximum weight is 30 kg.
• Maximum size for all parcels is a combined length and circumference of 300 cm.

If a parcel exceeds these limits, it may be returned to sender or incur additional handling fees.
